Axle and rear end are fine, but the bracket that is welded to the axle housing got destroyed. First off, I'm not sure what this bracket is actually called and secondly I'm wondering if it is a replaceable part. I was able to remove the old damaged bracket but am unable to find a replacement at this point. Short of replacing the entire rear axle housing, anyone have any ideas? All of the other parts seem to be readily available, but since everything builds off of this bracket that is welded to the axle housing I need to get squared away that first.
Send me some photos of the damage get as many photos as possible and I will see what I can do. I have had my caliper on the drive side lock up also but nothing ripped off. Mine actually locked up 3 times in 3 different states all because of one simple thing, a wheel bearing.
