I know that the traction control is the current technology, but I prefer to have the old school mechanical locking diff. My 2011 has the 3.55's, so obviously I didn't get the LSD. From what I can see, it was only offered as standard equipment in the Outdoorsman package, and maybe in the Sport package.
This seems to be one of the biggest discussions on the site. After living with the 3.55's for 20,000 miles and almost a year I've not had a situation where I was unable to get out. But I am thinking of adding an aftermarket locker to the RedRam10. Eaton is the direction I'm leaning toward.
