Too busy to talk to customer because of an audit is not an acceptable answer...it's a lame 'Excuse'. I am a business owner, and have had my fair share of audits. The tax auditor learned in under 3 minutes, that my family comes first, by staff second, my customers third.....auditors are in LAST place.
I will (and did) make time for them, but after everyone else is taken care of. I KNOW what's important, and offered that training to them at no charge.
If they don't understand this with complete clarity, they do not deserve your business. IMO, business people that act like that...Disgust Me!
