If I'm not mistaken, that will mean taking off the wheel, removing the upper, disconnection of the steering, essentially removing it from the truck, then checking the top most nut that attaches to the strut rod, not the 3 bolt/nut combination that attaches the assembly to the top mount.
FYI, don't over do it, it seems those are nylon nuts, at least that's what I think they are. 45 ft lbs did it for mine, but I don't want to say that is the end all. I'd welcome thorough review.
