Just for your info....the stock exhaust on my 2006 is 3" all the way back and I'm willing to bet yours is too. Easy way to tell...run out and throw a tape measure or ruler across the end of the tailpipe. I went with a 3" in/3" out muffler and a 3" in/3.5" out tip and it fit like a glove.

Also, offset is referring to how the inlet and outlet are positioned on your muffler. The stock muffler on our trucks has a center inlet but the outlet pipe is shifted to one side. It's just for easier fitment. The exhaust guy will have to add a pretty good length of pipe to fill the space left by replacing your stock huge muffler with the shorter one anyway so I would think he could make a center in/center out work.
