Default Great homecomming

Yesterday I was fortunate enough to participate in one of the greatest homecomings I have ever seen. To give you a little background information Lcpl Brandon Long is a Marine who enlisted out of my recruiting station. Back in December two days before his daughters birth Brandon stepped on an IED in Afghanistan. As a result he lost both of his legs and obviously had a few other medical problems that can't be seen. He also flat lined on three separate occasions. So needless to say we are lucky to have him with us. As far as the actual homecoming it was awesome. I'm not sure on an exact number but there had to have been close to 300 motorcycles there which made up most of the precession. We had a police escort through town and it was just amazing the support that this young man received. After talking with Brandon its amazing the outlook he has on life. I didn't have a whole lot of time to snap very many photos but I did include the few that I got. Here is the link to the newspaper here in town that covered the story. Just thought I'd share. http://www.journalgazette.net/articl...0201/306059917
