While your porting the heads why dont you port match the intake manifold so that there can be an even flow of air, cuz no matter how big you go on your heads you will still be restricted to whatever your intake manifold is allowing you to. Same goes with the exhaust manifold, till you decide to get some headers and aftermarket intake manifold. You running the stock 190* t-stat? If you are stick with it I've heard that'll help with mpg's not so much on the hp's. JC already covered the plenum gasket. When you get a chance clean out your throttle body really good cant emphasize that enough, definite gains there. Also clean all the gunk of your IAT sensor thats screwed on top of your intake better yet get a new one only $ 8.00 that'll help some. How bad do you need your A/C?? hehe cuz if you dont chuck it! reroute your belt and you'll see gains. Other than that I cant think of anything of anything else at the moment.
