For your 5.7L HEMI, I suggest no bigger than 3". Also adding a cold air intake and some form of programming (DiabloSport Predator FTW!!!) will really wake up that HEMI.

The dealer or the manufacturer cannot void your warranty if something fails that is not related to your mods. And, in most cases, they have to prove it contributed to the failure of the component.

So, I'd go with a catback exhaust, a CAI and a programmer on your truck.
This is true...I actually kept the factory pipes when doing the exhaust in my SRT8 because I wanted to keep it at 2.75" instead of going to 3 for that reason...Just changed out the Cats and Mufflers and cut off the resonators
