Default HELP>>>no power to transfer pump

i replaced my transfer pump about about four weeks ago because i had low fuel pressure. today i get in it and it doesn't want start. i couldn't hear the fuel pump cycle so i ran power from the battery to the pump. it come on and went up to 12 lbs. pressure and the truck started up. the big question is.. where is the power wire and timer that controls the transfer pump at? i'm starting to think that the voltage problem to the pump might of been my problem in the first place and the other pump is ok. thanks for the help. wes
