I'm not sure if you speaker size is the same as the 2010+ years. I have seen people install Kicker 3.5" speakers in the dash. You can find the pair for around $50.00 For the doors a lot of people go with 6.5 component setup. Polk & Focal are common place for being stalled. Depending on your taste you can find speakers for the doors starting at $100 and up. Crutchfield.com is a great place to see reviews on speakers in addition to what will fit your truck.

Reading your post again you said nothing up front works & only the rear right? Does your stereo have a factory amp (Premium stereo)? Its possible that the amp is having issues.
One question for you & please don't take this the wrong way. Are the speakers faded or are they all balanced? Sometimes it the obvious things that get overlooked.
