Default Help with noise!

New to forums, hoping to get a little help with a noise problem that just started yesterday. (2003 5.7 hemi 2wd)

Noise seems to be coming from front drivers side.
Makes a clicking / scraping sound, like a bad mattress. The noise speeds up when I accelerate, but immediately stops when I apply the break, and resumes when the clutch catches again.

The noise has to do with the driving distance I believe, since when pulling in the garage I can go INCREDIBLY slow and no noise will happen until I hit the problem spot, when it will make a noise. Then I can pull forward further without the noise until I hit that "spot" again.

The best way I can describe the frequency of the noise is with a "rock in the tire" analogy. The noise only occurs at a certain distance, minus when I'm breaking. Any Ideas?
