Yeah that sounds like a CV joint........ pay attention to when your making a left hand turn if it does the clicking sound it's very much your CV joint. When you get it checked out do yourself a huge favor if it is your CV joint get both of them replaced ( that's if you have the money) in the long run it will save the headache of getting the other one done in the future.
