Well, the DSP is going to be cheaper for sure. The headers without a tune still give you good gains. My truck feels quicker, but it also feels like it's leaving a lot of power on the table because I don't have it tuned. I would say depends on if you really want the sound of the headers. If so, get them first. If you are getting them purely for the performance aspect, I would go with the DSP and when you do get headers, datalog and send of to hemifever and get a custom tune...
