I was only referring to the parameters you changed (speed limiter, rev limiter) that revert to stock when you unload the DSP program. The standard data logging will continue and is not affected by the tune or removal of the tune. It will still note how you operate your vehicle, which is certainly an individual choice, and the operating conditions at time of impact or failure of a major vehicle component.

Any modification to your vehicle is a risk. Assessing that risk is something most vehicle owners do before they mod. The alteration of your computer program has varying levels of risk. Adding a canned tune is a low risk but, I'll agree, a risk. Where a higher risk occurs is if you decide to manually change the spark settings at WOT, fuel % at WOT, set a higher RPM limit, etc...

And whose integrity are you referring to?
