Welcome to the forum!

There are several ways to protect the body of what you are hauling from debris kicked up by your rear wheels.

1. Install a full width debris flap (like you see on RV's) across the back of your truck. You can get these for your truck at an RV dealer and some kits can be put on for towing, then removed easily with a set of lock pins or clevis pins.

2. There are front facing shields people use with their Class A & Class C RV's that mount to the front of the trailer, deflecting debris away from the front of the towed vehicle.

3. Lastly, while options 1 & 2 are often used simultaneously, they do not protect against other debris that is kicked up by winds or other vehicles. I have seen folks cover their cars (a good all weather car cover with a set of cable straps to secure it to a trailer side rail) to protect against any and all debris kicked up.
