Well, I'd check the wear rating on your tires. The higher the number, the harder the rubber and they are easier to spin.

A stickier tire would help.

If you are gonna street race, you are gonna spin them Goodyears. I could barely keep the Goodyear F1's under my SRT from cooking off, even with a less than full throttle blast. Even at freeway speeds, if I buried the throttle, they'd go up in smoke. Made for some funny times when folks saw me open it up from 65 mph and it started boiling the tires.

I now have a stickier set of Toyos on that car and they don't break loose unless I want them to...which is often...
