Default 2009 1500 Keyless Entry - Overhead console

I just bought a 2009 Ram 1500 and it doesn't have a "Keyless" entry. I also bought (perhaps pre-maturly) a Prestige Aps620n Remote Car Starter / Keyless Entry Combo System hoping that the installation instructions for the "Prestige Aps620n" would be helpful. I was able to find the Dodge 2009 wiring diagrams at (http://www.dodge.com/bodybuilder/year.pdf) but unfortunately, the diagrams are far to complicated for me to understand. Evidently Multiplexing is used for the lock and unlock triggers and the run/start functions. Has anyone tried to install this after-market keyless entry system successfully? I would appreciate any help on identifying the best way of wiring this system in.
I also bought a 2006 overhead console and need to wire it in mainly to get the "outside Temp" and "Compass" functions. My question on this is: will I find existing wiring for the console when I drop the headliner down?
