Default Lift kit question

Im looking at the Rough country 4" lift. I notice it only has 2' blocks for the rear. How is that going to give me a 4" lift? I also want to use the factory wheels on my truck and buy 35x 12.50x 20's. Will i need to put spacers on the front to keep them from rubbing? And what do you guys thing of this kit. http://www.roughcountry.com/suspensi...m_06-08_4.html
Does anyone on here have this kit. Just looking for some more info or is there another 4" lift kit that you would recommend. Thanks for the help
