The stock wheels are 9 inches wide and the stock tire size is 275/60/20, however, the stock 20s have +19mm offset. So basically the wheels you are looking at would stick out 19mm (0.74 inches) more than your stock wheels. I don't think that is too much but I guess it's all in what you want.

As for tires, it's common for people to go with 305/55/20. Some say they run them with no issues and some need 1/4 inch spacers or a leveling kit. If you are running the 0 offset wheels though I wouldn't think you would have to worry about them rubbing on the inside. Only thing is, the 305s are a good bit more expensive than the 275s. You could also run a taller tire, probably up to 35s, if you leveled the front.
