I was too (the frist time), but it's not that bad to do. After you get part way through the process (the first time), you will likely think "What did I get myself into!". This is a normal reaction, as it does take a little time and perseverance. There a lot of great debadging tips on the Z, so arm yourself with the fishline/floss and some 3M adhesive remover and/or eraser wheel, and enjoy the final outcome....it's worth it!
Remember, if you make swirl marks, there's a polish for that. If you try to debadge with a front end loader, there's a body shop for that!
