Yes something looks off there....I don't think the spring should be bent like that. That could have been caused by overloading or dropping a load into the bed, or jumping the truck..It could probably just be swapped out with new leag springs, however the issue of the screwed up wheel base is more of an issue if you ask me...I'd try to see and make sure the front is square, the figure out what's out of what in the rear, could just be out of whack from the springs being messed up....could take it to a shop that can do alignments and get their opinion as well...
