The computer needs ACCURATE readings from the sensors to provide appropriate air/fuel ratios. You could put that sensor in an ice box, and it would read cold, but the computer would dump alot more fuel to compensate, and you would get a rich fuel mixture, this won't help power. I always thought this thing was a scam... besides, you would want to lean the mixture to make more power, not richen it...
