sort of reminds me off a trick we used to do long ago

we hung desert water bags in front of our radiators, those bags don't seal completely up, so they drip water constantly.
It changes the atmosphere in the engine compartment & there is a definite power increase
it is like driving in a misty rain, without the roads being wet
it worked real good on vehicles before all the computers were put in them

hanging those bags on the front of the radiator originally was done to keep the water chilled

Desert water bags are effective because they effectively keep water cool and appetizing to drink, especially on a hot day in the dry desert. Water kept in canteens will be warm or hot, and definitely won't quench your thirst in the same way. Desert water bags consists of skins that evaporate and cold water to keep the inner body core cool.
