Again - I think this is important. If this is a regular car dealer with a service department - they are supposed to have the best mechanics around - all ASE certified. If chain shops are seeing and showing you problems that their mechanics can't see - you have a problem - they're lying to you.

Did you get the warranty (30 days, right) in writing? You'll need to make sure you get documentation on everything - also need to keep notes of your conversations.

You'll need to file a complaint with the better business bureau and look into filing a claim in small claims court. I would also suggest calling the fraud department of you states Attorneys General office and talk with them.

I would be right up front with the dealer - give them copies of the estimates from the two repair shops. Have the dealer fix what he is willing to fix - but have documentation that you gave him the estimates from the other two mechanics and your expectation is that he honor the warranty and re-inspect the truck.
