Default Mildew Smell

Last Saturday I decided I was going to clean and vacuum my truck after I ate lunch and finished watching a movie I had started. Since it was so hot I decided to roll all four windows down before I started lunch to cool it down. While I was finishing watching the movie, I fell asleep, and while I was sleeping a big storm came through and it poured rain inside my truck for well over an hour before I awoke and realised what I had done. After the storm left, I wiped everything down and shop-vac'd all my upholstery. Well this morning when I got into my truck to go to work, the mildew smell was overwhelming. What is the best way to rid my truck of this smell. I feel really stupid for doing this, and I'm even more upset about the smell. My truck has always smelled good when I got in, and my Ram is my pride and joy. Please help me get my baby back to its natural state. Thank you in advance for any help.

<--- this was me Saturday during the storm trying to roll up my windows!
