Although I work at Discount Tire, I don't work on the store side but I do know that the bigger the wheels, the bigger the feel. The feel of pot holes and every bump on the road. Unless you put some big tires with a lot of side wall, you're going to feel too much of the road with bigger wheels.

If you ask the guys at the stores they are much more qualified to answer this type of question. They all go through stringent training all year long to be the experts. Not trying to promote DTC either, I just know what kind of training they all have to go through, every thing is a science if you care to learn about it. Cheers...
