Default Hissing Noise

I have two hissing noises. One relating to the a/c, but one related to the steering. I'm just gonna post them both up here. First the a/c: After a drive where I am using the a/c, I shut the car off and get a hissing noise that can be heard inside coming from the passenger side and outside from the passenger side in area of the a/c condenser, but not sure if it is that. I don't hear anything while driving, and the air blows cool-cold. The hissing lasts for about a minute or 2, and only happens after the air was in use never when I use the windows. The steering: When I turn corners there is a slight hiss sometimes not all the time. If I am making a long turn it will hiss for a second or two, stop for a second or two, then start again
Thanks in advance for any input.
