A 265/70R17 is a 31.6x10.4" tire. A 285/70R17 is a 32.7x11.2" tire. So you will be gaining an inch in overall hight (which will lift your truck .5") and you will gain close to an inch in width. You could always go out and turn your tires to full lock and measure for clearance. Just add .5" to both sides of your current tire.

You may be able to go to the tire shop and have some 285/70R17 fitted on your truck to make sure you have the clearance.
