As in the last post, I think most all of the CB sites have been looked at. Have you checked with the local pro CB shops?
Sounds like it's time to look at a different mounting location, or do like I would do. Start flat bar stock, go to the vice with a hammer and drill and make your own. You may bee able to modify the standard mount for your 2500. I, personaly, would go to a better location or is there a reason you need it on the front fender?

IMHO owners are hesitant about doing a proper, for CB preformance, mount of an antenna then wonder why it only talks/hears a mile or two. Use a top brand, as tall as you can, as close to the center of the roof as you can get. and no, I don't think it will hurt your resale in a few years.
