Hey guys,
I think I know how to fix your problem. It looks to me that very likely the problem here is a broken blend door. Removing the dash, replacing the heater core etc. are way too time consuming and expensive. You can access the blend doors through the glove box and replace them yourself...I did this a few months back and it saved me the 1100$ dealer quote and only took me an hour. The repair kit is called the "heatertreater" and they make a dodge ram blend door repair kit. Was totally worth it for me. hope this helps!
