x2....just about to post the same question. I suspect the adhesion strips will not hold on the spray in bed liner. However, I also suspect enough friction that it might not slide around either. Short of grinding off the spray in liner to create a smooth surface, I can't see it working as good as the bare beds.

After Chrysler just charged me $450 for the spray in liner, not really interested in compromising the liner by grinding it away.
