Default Can anyone solve this???

Recently purchased 2007 Ram 2500. With 59K miles. There is no steering wander, and no extra play in the steering wheel. No sway at all. BUT...there is heavy lateral sway. When you turn the wheel one way and then quickly turn it the other the truck feels like its on a marshmellow. Almost like it wants to whip back the other way. or "fishtail"

I have had the dealer examine it extensively. They say they cant find anything wrong.
Here is what we have done so far:
Repalced the rear leaf springs and bushings.
Added a rear sway bar
Added a front steering box stabilizer bar.

With each thing we have done the steering wheel feel has gotten tighter side-to-side but thats never been the problem. The main slushyness is still there. Its almost as if it is too stiff, there is no sway at all. Another analogy would be like if you were to try and steer a plane using just the tail rudder.
I am at my wits end trying to figure this out and hoping someone out there may be having the same problem or can offer a solution.

Thanks!
