Tailgate off versus tailgate down would also apply (noticed yours is off) since having it down would be the same aerodynamically (if not better, acting as a flat spoiler like a pro stock) plus move the weight farther back, effectively placing more load on the rear tires.
We are likely talking hundreths of a second, but 4 hundreths is what broke you into the 12s on motor

my 60 fts were slower than I usually run since i had a stock tq vertor in while i sent my stall out for cut an clean...the xtra gas weight could have been a factor as I didnt have any traction issues...even on the big end the mph was the best that I have even run, that could be due to the grill covers I used as well...
