Default 2012 Torque Converter?

You guys seem to be getting pretty good answers. Im going to try and see if you can help me with this one. I just bought a 2012 Ram 1500 Regular Cab with the V8 Hemi. Only had the truck for 6 weeks so far. After about 2 weeks I started noticing a noise. Kind of a warbling or flubbing sound. It only occurs between 30-35 and 40-45mph while maintaing speed. To me, it sounds like the truck is in too high of a gear. There is some pedal vibration when the noise occurs. I took it into the dealership and (despite all the comments that the 2012 do not have this problem) they replaced the torque converter. Within one day after the repair the noise was back. I really just want to get this fixed so I can enjoy this truck. Any help would be appreciated
