10 L/100 km is still about 28 mpg ( imperial gallons )
That is still exceptional mileage.
I wonder if your EVIC is off. Have you done an actual hand calc?
I am in flat Ontario also and never get anywhere near that.
I get about 13 L/100km or 22 mpg on the highway.
This is a little better than the 08 F150 FX2 with 5.4, so I'm happy with that.
