Had a guy pass me probably at about 90mph (I was going 70mph) with a HORSE trailer....idiots

Max speed with horses should be 55-60 mph. Max speed with other trailers should be 60-65 mph. You'd think people would use common sense and do a +/- 10mph for heavier or lighter loads, but I get passed all the time with people flying down the road with massive dump trailers or other heavy trailers... I've had diesels fly by me (with probably 5-10k lbs) with black smoke pouring out the tailpipe and the engine screaming over my radio
