Default is my truck stock suspension or lifted?

I have a 2001 ram 1500 5.2L 4x4. I just bought it and had it shipped down to Honduras where I am working. It has a lot of miles, so I'm having a lot of work done here (as labor is cheap), but I have a question about my suspension.

It has rancho shocks on it RS5500's. Front: RS5197 Rear C152B

The front, RS5197 (according to rancho's site) are the stock replacement shock, and I can't find info on the rear.

The front end is pretty level, and I can't determine if there is a slight lift to the truck. The center of the rear wheel well measurs approximately 40", and the front 39" with 275/75 R16 tires. There has been some cut out in the wheel well for the front tires.

Basically, I want to put 35" tires on, and replace my shocks due to the rough ride on the bumpy roads here, but I'm not sure if I can just replace the shocks without lifting it. It looks like I have room for the tires.

How can I tell if this has been lifted, leveled, or nothing has been done?

any input is appreciated.
