It sounds like too much pressure in the bags. I don't have that difficulty when I'm towing and I don't even feel them back there when I'm not.

Do you take the bags down to 5# when you're not towing? The ride is definitely rough if you don't. My trailer is on and off a couple of times a week so I'm looking to add the on board Inflation system as it can be a pain to inflate and deflate the bags if you do it frequently.
