Default A little higher?

Hey guys, just want some opinions and some suggestions here. I recently lifted my 2007 dodge ram with a 4" RC suspension lift and got 35" toyos and some wheels. Coming from having it lowered before with 33's that was a big difference. However now i would like to go a little higher. Not a lot but a little. I was wondering what would look best or how much higher i could go with keeping my 35" toyos where it still looks good?

Heres what it looks like now:
Zone 6" with 5" rear, Bilstein 5100s, Toyo M/T 315/70/18, 18x10 MotoMetal 967s, Bushwacker Pocket Flares, S&B CAI, Flowmaster 10 series, Diablo Trinity With Hemifever Tune, Drop in K&N Filter, Retrofitted headlights, 5k morimoto HID, 6k Fogs, Metal Tonneau Cover, Plastidipped Bumpers and Grille
