It sounds like you did what i did
I interrupted the download, i had to take the key out of the ignition to go inside to answer my phone, a client needed me to do a job immediately.

I thought that i had fried my radio
you won't believe this, but first i tried turning the key on & off a few times, started pushing buttons as well. I finally remembered that the radio is some how connected to the Climate Control Fan, so i added that into the mix, it finally rebooted. The download restarted, i left the ignition on & locked the truck with the spare key, while i got ready to go do the job. When i came out, the radio screen read download complete
