Default Deflating TLC Air Bags

Yes, you can deflate the air springs completely and the air springs will not be damaged. However, there may be a clanging noise when driving over rough roads or bumps as the top of the air springs hit where the jounce bumpers were.

That's why we recommend 5-7 psi to inflate the air springs to avoid the noise (and also improve handling).

Our customers always keep air in the air springs for the performance improvement.
