One thing I know for sure a TB spacer on a none carb vehicle is a waist. The whole idea of them it to add turbulence to the air and fuel to get them to mix better. But since we have EFI there's really no point. Also they're pretty noisy. Best bang for buck CAI good plug and wires keep stock tires and reliable programer. Like I stated before wasn't impressed with the bully gt. Oh and on the electric fan if you do replace the mech fan over compensate Ive found when changing out the fans they do great in the winter but come summer they tend to not keep up with the heat.
