I'm getting about 12 in town, 17 highway and 8 towing 10K.

I only have 2000 miles on the truck though, I'm hoping it will improve. Regardless, I didn't buy a truck for fuel mileage
I understand. I've never purchased a vehicle based on fuel consumption. But I've never had to pay nearly $4 a gallon for fuel before. I don't expect any full size 4x4 to get great gas milage, but I can't purchase a new vehicle and find out it only gets 10 mpg on the highway either. My Jeep currently averages 15 to 16 mpg and my wife's Expedition constantly averages a little less than 15 mpg. If I can get 13 to 14 mpg out of a Hemi powered Ram 2500, I'll be completely satisfied.
