No, you get no CEL or fault code. The problem is a rattle noise that is due to excessive clearance in the spline between the turbine damper and turbine hub. If you get a converter with spline clearance at the upper end of the tolerance, you can get this noise. But it is not defect that causes a fault or CEL. It is just an annoying noise.
