Yep that was gonna be my response.......... LOL

Also it isn't the valves that are ticking it is the ERG valve you hear cycling. The tube running from the EGR to the throttle body is made of steel the tick has been eliminated in the past by removing that tube and replacing it with a rubber line, not too sure on the details of this. I just ignore it, it causes no harm and is just a nussance.
