Default Hi Y'all from KY. 2001 Ram Idle problems

Newbie here,
I have searched the posts and found some things that are interesting but wanted to explain my situation. My 2001 2500 4x4 5.9l witn 109k miles runs great except for now wanting to idle most of the time. I just bought the truck and it ran fine until I left the dome/cargo light on and ran the battery down COMPLETELY. After charging it back up it would not start. I cranked it quite a few times and finally hit the accelerator peddle once and it fired up but now won't idle. I cleaned the TB and removed the IAC motor and found a little carbon build up and cleaned it. Still won't idle without some accelerator peddle. Haven't checked the fuel pressure. It is not throwing any codes related to the TPS or IAC. The cat has been removed and duals added so it does throw O2 codes P0132 ND P0135. These were present when it would idle OK. I have looked for vacuum leaks and so far haven't found any. Now I am looking for any ideas you old time Dodge guys may have. Thanks in advance.

UGLY
