22.5mpg thats better than i was getting out of my last bike

6cyl Z1300 Kawasaki usually 21-22 mpg (picture at the TT races Isle of Man)

maybe because of the way i rode it
rear tyres lasted between 800 -1000 miles, sometimes as little as 10 days ,i was buying rear tyres 3 at a time
blew head gasket once under 10,000 miles

also had to replace bent valves twice and camchain by 24,000 miles
but got every where fast ,
then police cars started to appear with cameras so the z1300 started spendin alot of time not been used, then i sold it

my ram only does around 12 mpg on'a run but , lpg at around 72p liter its around the same cost as your diesel money wise per mile
but does show 5.6 mpg average sometimes

anyways just got a parcel deliverd from rockauto (with free tool box magnet )
with a injector wireing harness (fits under valve cover)for me mates broke down 7.3 power stroker ford ,so its time to get spanners cracking
