Thanks, I agree it looks good! I was skeptical about the "function" part at first until I got the assembly mounted and had a thorough look at the incoming air path. I'm now convinced that it will work well as a CAI/Ram intake because it seals to the hood well and vehicle forward motion MUST increase incoming air pressure for some
ram effect at speed. I disconnected the battery to reset the fuel tables and the ECU is "learning" now. Installation was yesterday and it was easy. I'll know about performance increases soon.
Let's us know on performance and mileage increases. I am thinking of putting one on my 2012 2500. I tow my Jeep from Texas to Colorado and thinking this would be a good setup. The only thing that is of some concern is how lean will it make the truck with no tune?
