Get the stall before the 17s... IMO, there is a guy on here that has a 2011 express regular cab 5.7... He put exhaust on his truck and went to the track, after that he put a 2800 stall on from circle D and his times were cut by half an entire second. That was with no tuning, and just exhaust... If you put 4:10s and a circle D stall in there, paying a shop to do both at the same time would say you a couple hundred dollars... You would be killing times.
