Default Loose Spare Tire

Went rompin around the other day on some trails (nothin too crazy, just gettin her a little muddy).

When I got home to wash the truck and undercarriage I noticed my spare wasn't snug. It has some play and spins a bit if you touch it. So I figured it just needed to be tightened up so I got out the tools and tightened it as far as it would go and it didn't help.

I don't know if I knocked something loose or if it is normal for the spare to hang like that. I never noticed it until I got underneath the truck.

I havn't heard it bounce around down there when I hit bumps in the road so I don't know if its always been like that..
HELPP
